At times the Courier Partners end up delivering the package to a Security Guard/Receptionist/Neighbor/Mailbox in the absence of the intended recipient. This happens despite our agreed Service Terms & Conditions with the Courier Partners prohibiting them from doing so, given we at Zoomin have always maintained very stringent standards to ensure complete privacy of your photos/orders. In the case where you haven’t located the package create a ticket at our helpdesk and our support team shall follow up regarding the order.
