Since our systems are automated it’s unfortunately not possible to cancel an order after it has been placed. The orders get processed exactly the same way you have placed it.
However, if you have any concerns with the photos or photo products you have ordered,
please let us know within 15 days of receipt of your order. We will address your concern and guide you through the Zoomin service promise process. Please ship the gift product you have a complaint about, back to us; we will remake any product that is found to be defective or lacking in quality in any way. That is our promise to you.
