If you wish to convert your COD order into prepaid order, you can write to us at our helpdesk and our team shall share you an offline invoice with you excluding the COD charges. Once the payment has been done and we get the confirmation for the same, your order shall be processed and shipped as a prepaid order. Also, this is only possible before the order gets shipped from our end.
