This message appears when there is an empty photo placeholder or if there is a photo in a placeholder that has not properly been placed. You may see this message mostly when trying to add an Express Photo book to your shopping cart. Express Photobooks have several 'picture holders' for your photos. You cannot add a book to the cart when one of these is empty. You should either fill in all the picture holders with photos from your album or you should delete the picture holder.
To fix this problem, please do the following:
- To find the empty picture holder, click the Back button and then the 'Previous' or 'Next' buttons to flip through each page. The photo holders can be identified by the grey-colored areas with the message 'Drag a photo here'. If you see this message then you need to either drag a photo onto it to remove this message or you need to delete the holder. To delete it - simply click on the area and press the 'Delete' button. Once all these picture holders have been filled (or deleted) you can try to add them to your cart again. Remember that you may need to look carefully - some holders may be really small and can be easily missed.
- If that is not the issue, check to see whether photos are properly placed in each photo placeholder. Go to each photo placeholder and slightly move the photo out of the placeholder and then let it snap back into the photo placeholder. Try adding to the cart again.
From our experience, the two steps above typically solve 99% of the cases, so please give them a try. If you continue to experience issues then please submit a Helpdesk ticket at help.zoomin.com. Make sure to include a brief description of the issue as well as the name of your creation.
