Once we have shipped your order, we include a tracking number provided by the courier company as a convenience for you. However, most courier companies in India do not update the tracking information on their website in real time. So even though the package has been picked up and is well on its way to you, this information will not be reflected on the courier’s website.
In many cases with couriers like India Post, the tracking information becomes available on their website after it has been delivered to you. So when you get tracking information from ZoomIn and you are not able to find it on the carrier’s website – please do not get alarmed. It simply means your order is on its way and will be delivered shortly.
ZoomIn Customer Service has access to the same information as you do from the carrier’s website so unfortunately we are unable to provide additional delivery details.
