    <body>&lt;p&gt;We are pleased to introduce a brand new way to get answers to many of your questions and to interact with the ZoomIn Customer Support team.&amp;nbsp; We hope that the new ZoomIn Helpdesk will lead to a better ZoomIn experience for you as a customer.&amp;nbsp; This portal - which will always be at zoomin.com/help will soon be updated with many tools and knowledge base articles to help you find the answers to your questions.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;In addition, it is equipped with a Request Tracking system that will allow you to track each Service Request you send to the Customer Service team in real time.&amp;nbsp; You no longer need to rely on slow and unreliable e-mail based contact systems as this system will keep track of each interaction and will display a history of previously submitted cases.&amp;nbsp; Unfortunately we have not migrated cases from the previous e-mail based system - but rest assured we have access to all history internally and will be able to look up previously submitted questions.&lt;/p&gt;
