We are pleased to introduce a brand new way to get answers to many of your questions and to interact with the ZoomIn Customer Support team. We hope that the new ZoomIn Helpdesk will lead to a better ZoomIn experience for you as a customer. This portal - which will always be at zoomin.com/help will soon be updated with many tools and knowledge base articles to help you find the answers to your questions.
In addition, it is equipped with a Request Tracking system that will allow you to track each Service Request you send to the Customer Service team in real time. You no longer need to rely on slow and unreliable e-mail based contact systems as this system will keep track of each interaction and will display a history of previously submitted cases. Unfortunately we have not migrated cases from the previous e-mail based system - but rest assured we have access to all history internally and will be able to look up previously submitted questions.
