Exchanges, Returns & Cancellation for Cameras

Note: All Cameras are Insured against theft and damages incurred during transit unless you are previously notified. All cameras are Factory Sealed products direct from the manufacturer to you.

We ask that you follow these guidelines to ensure a flawless camera purchase:

1)       All cameras will be shipped Factor Sealed.  If you receive a shipment that you feel has been tampered with or the outer packaging shows signs of damage – please DO NOT open the package or remove the seal.  Immediately contact us on the ZoomIn Helpdesk.  You should also not accept the package if you suspect that your shipment has been tampered with.

2) Opened packages will be accepted for returns only in cases where an incorrect product has been shipped to you.

3)      If after you have opened the package, you discover that your camera does not power up or there is an issue – please immediately open a Helpdesk ticket at http://help.zoomin.com/  within 10 days of receiving the package and we will exchange the item for you.

4) Within 10 days of receiving your shipment, you may return any unopened item(s) in its original packaging (with seal intact) for a refund.

5) If you are returning the camera back to us- you must note your RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization) on the shipment box.  The RMA# and return address can be obtained from our Helpdesk.  Items shipped back to ZoomIn without an RMA will not be eligible for a refund.

6)      When shipping items back – please ensure you include all original packaging material, accessories, manuals, chargers, rewards club vouchers etc.  This is very important to ensure that we are able to issue you a refund.
