Yes.  6x4.5 is a special variant of the 4x6 size that is optimized for some smaller digital cameras.  This size minimizes the cropping that will take place when these photos are printed in 4x6.  If you purchase a 4x6 Pack, the balance is valid for 6x4.5 as well.
