Each Pre-Paid Pack is valid for a full 1 year.   A few days before your pack expires, we will send you an e-mail to your registered ZoomIn e-mail address reminding you that you have an outstanding balance that will soon expire.  Unfortunately Pack validity cannot be extended so you will need to immediately consume the remainder of your outstanding balance by making a purchase.
